In this month long series, I wanted to introduce readers old and new a little more into the life of Pizzamaid.moe’s Muse and Mascot, Alisha Rue. I encourage any folks from all walks of life and games to join me if you’re looking for a creative outlet into writing, and developing your OC a little more, regardless of game or genre. Be sure to hashtag your posts on your respected site / blog / Tumblr / Twitter with #30DaysofARPil and let me know here in the comments below or on Twitter at @Pizzamaid !
Also know that the questions compiled for this series was originally posted by Oslusiadas of Tumblr. I’d like to properly credit them for posting this. 🙂
Question 15: Is your character an early bird or a night owl?
Hmm… this is a good question. I’d honestly have to say that I’m probably best described as a night owl. I’m certainly not an early riser, or a HAPPY early riser at that. I can stay up at all hours though galavanting around Limsa with my friends and sister, exploring and adventuring late into the wee hours of morning, and eat with the moon shining upon me.
Well really…. I kind of eat all the time. Diet has never been in my vocabulary. 🙂
The catch to my late night shenanigans though? I cat nap ALL THE TIME. If there was an Olympic sport of napping? I was born to be a gold medalist with back-to-back championships. ^_^
Question 16: Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? Cousins, Uncles, Grandfathers, Aunts, et cetera. Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative?
Well…. I’m pretty close with all of my family, both immediate and extended. Considering we all live one hut away from one another it’s all too common for us to congregate under one roof and catch up, talk and laugh a lot.
I do consider M’korolon very much like a blood relative though. Like my sister and my mother, Kor is someone I can be very open and honest with and she is someone who knows me so well she can tell exactly what is wrong with me just by the look on my fave. I guess this comes with many years of friendship.
Question 17: What’s your character’s desk/workspace look like? Are they neat or messy?
I used to be a messy individual. A REALLY messy individual. I operated best in the midst of chaos. When it came time though for me to gear up and start running Sheep Latte Cafe though I wanted my workspace to be as pristine as I’ve made the cafe.
So with the downstairs portion operating as my living quarters I’ve dedicated a corner of it into a makeshift office, complete with a whimsical Carbuncle theme thanks to my beloved husband. He made them for me for my day of birth celebration! 🙂
Question 18: Is your character a good cook? What’s their favorite recipe, whether they’re good or not? (Microwave mac-and-cheese applies.)
In most typical cuisines? I suck. I suck ferociously.
I always had a knack for making a beloved food of mine, tomato pies. I know most Hyur refer to it as “pizza”, but back in the Desert? It’s a tomato pie. With the right blend of mandragora tomatoes, a sharp cheese grated atop a fluffy crust waiting to get crisp? It’s my only claim to fame. (Clearly bein a Warrior of Light is secondary to this, hehe.)
Plus I can make some great triple cream coffees and tea so those are pretty much the staples of the cafe. I would like to think they taste alright. We still have regulars!
Question 19: What’s your character’s preferred means of travel?
Hands down without a single hesitation it’s Chocobo. And not just ANY chocobo? MY CHOCOBO BABY ARTEMIS!
Oh man… me and Artemis have been through hell and back together. He’s tough nut to crack sometimes and in the beginning our relationship started rough. With time, patience, and our lives in danger? Artemis is my right hand man and partner-in-crime and a valiant tank when I need that extra oomph in fights.
He’s grown to be an extension of my family and without him? I’m nothing. ❤
