Happy Saturday everyone!
I had intended on writing this post on May 1st butttttt life gets in the way sometimes. This week was action packed with Cinco de Mayo, anniversaries, work, and tons of pizza! 😀
Nevertheless I wanted to let folks know how thankful I am for participating in my first blog event!
30 Days of ARPil started as a personal challenge to myself in many avenues. One, I wanted to delve deeper into creative writing. Second, I wanted to create a world for the avatar I play on a daily basis. Finally? I just wanted my creativity to be sparked into developing her into something more and seeing where fate takes us.
I had no plans or expectations that this would blossom the way it did to other bloggers and to see that it did? My heart swells with joy! I want to personally take a second to thank ALL the bloggers that were actively involved at any point during the 30 Days of ARPil. You were all integral in turning this into something more than I had ever imagined.
Because of you, you all brought awareness and insight into a baby idea like the 30 Days of ARPil. In addition, you motivated me so much! Each post I was so excited at the thought of how I would mature and evolve Rue into something else, and something more. No words will ever express how thankful I am to you all for that, and you would not BELIEVE what I discovered along the way. Because of you, on the side I’m personally working on some more creative writing in narrative form and have started working on something new for Rue. So much so? She drank a vial of Fantasia and is currently residing in the world of Eorzea as a dragon right now. ZOMG WHY??!?!! DUN DUN DUN! 🙂 I am so excited to flesh these thoughts from my mind into words and weaving a full fledged story. You guys did that. Every single one of you. Truly, thank you so much. /humbly bows
I hope for all that you have given me, this initiative also reciprocated something in return. I hope this showed each and every one of you the strengths you possess both in game and out. I hope this project helped you channel your creative energies in a fun and positive way. I hope this initiative brought a sense of semblance and self to the persona you portray and that you and your avatar coexist in happiness and positivity. More than anything I hope this project will give you the drive to continue to keep writing and blogging in any form because you all have so many great things to share with the world. As long as we keep writing about anything and everything that excites us? Imagination lives on forever.
Until next year my blog family. Thank you for the success that is 30 Days of ARPil. ❤
p.s. I have a whole year to learn how to make blog badges. I swear that’s my goal! 😀

Whoa! I don’t deserve to be on that list! I was a horrible slacker.
It was a lot of fun to follow *everyone else’s* contributions, though. Thanks for putting so much energy into this and making it happen! You rock! ❤

Thanks for coming up with this event to encourage people to write and connect with their characters. If it hadn’t been for you I probably would have slept through most of April. ❤
